Birth:  1838 in New Hampshire
Death:  Before Apr. 15, 1908 (widow Sarah filed for widow's benefits)
Buried:  Unknown.

Father:  Benjamin W. Bailey
Mother:  Latta/Luta/Lotta (various spellings on the first name)

Married:  Sarah (I would at least consider last name of Burton, based on the 1870 census - a 60 year old Betsy Burton was living with the family)

Children of Charles M. Bailey and Sarah:

  1. Edward Bailey, born about 1870 in Iowa
  2. Emily, Bailey, born about 1872 in Iowa
  3. Bessie Bailey, born about 1875 in Iowa
  4. Frank Bailey, born about 1877 in Iowa
  5. Latta Bailey, born about 1879 in Iowa
  6. Joseph Bailey, born about 1882 in Iowa.

All children came from the census records.  I was unable to find them on the 1900 census to determine if there were others born after Joseph.
