Inscription:  Co. B. 27th Iowa Inf.

Note the dates that are currently on Find a Grave
(Jan 1828 - Feb. 11, 1904) are incorrect. 
Those dates belong to a Thomas B. Hall buried in 
Long Creek Cemetery, Grant County, Oregon.
I requested that they remove the dates,
but at this time they have said they are going to leave them.

I do not question that he is buried in Lone Oak Cemetery,
but his date of death is unknown at this time. 
His mother filed for a pension on Nov. 13, 1890. 
So his date of death would have been before that date.
