Vincent LOCKMAN Pleas before the Honorable William WILLIAMS Judge of Deceased the Probate Court of the County of Jackson in the State of Indiana at a Probate Court beganand held at the Court House in Brownstown, on Monday theeighth day of February in the year of our Lord onethousand Eight hundred and forty seven.Be it remembered that heretofore To wit on the 13th day ofNovember in the year Eighteen hundred and forty three ata Probate court, comes Lewis SMITH one of the subscribingwitnesses to the last will and testament of Vincent LOCKMANlate of said County decd who being duly sworn says that hesaw the above named Vincent LOCKMAN, sgn, seal, publish, and declare the foregoing as his last will and testament andthat he was at the time of signing the same of sound mindand memory and that he signed his name thereto as a witnessin presence of said testator, and at his request, which oath being endorsed on said will and subscribed to by saidwitnesses. Whereupon it is ordered that said will be entered of record, which will is in the words and figuresfollowing To wit In the name of God Amen I Vincent LOCKMANof Jackson COunty and State of Indiana being of sound mindto make this my last will and Testament in the following Towit I will that the bed which Olive BLACKATER[?] hasreceived to be her portion of my estate, I will that the bed given to Polly BEEM to be her portion of my estate. appraisements of the same.  Given under our hands this 3rd day of April 1858
