In GG 430 is Caleb's will (NJA 30:432) naming his children and "Cousin" Issac Gibbs. I
have used the order of the children as in the will. I also have them all as the children of
Ana (Ann?), which is probably wrong. The LDS records are not much help-he marries his
first wife after he dies, no other marriage dates given. I would guess that Ann Jess, 3rd
wife is the same as Ana ?, 4th wife.
The article in the Genealogical Magazine of New Jersey, September 1995, volume 70
number 3 pages 97-98 clears up all the errors in the LDS records. There were only three
wives and the children are named as probably the children of the different wives. The
marriage dates are given correctly with support.
