Smith: DEHART, GILBERD, Amity, 23 Nov 1754. To eldest son, Samuel, tenement and tract of land on north side of Tulpehocken Road and 25 acres on south side of road. To youngest son, William, my tract of land on south side of said road except 25 acres above mentioned. Also to sons, all stock. To my daus., Catharine, Sarah, Elizabeth and Mary, 50 pounds each as they arrive at 21. Provides for wife, Elizabeth. To sister, Charity, maintenance during life by my 2 sons. To my father in law, Adam REED, use of the house he now lives in, during life. Wife to have use of land until sons come of age. Exr. Elizabeth and William WINTERS.
