[425] Leroy married first to Jerry Thomson of Iron Mountian, and she passed away after six months of conditions she had before the marriage. He then married Ruth Jane Lear of Stambaugh, MI, in 1950. They had no children as Leroy was sterile form the mumps when he was young. It had also happened to Hubert, Mamie's son, but he had surgery for it and the had three children, Two boys and a girl. Leroy's death was September 21, 1983.
