[3161] Joseph Arning the only son of Ben and Anna Johannes Arning lived with his parents until their retirement to Ashton. At this time he started farming in partnership, and farmed until his death October 29, 1976. Joseph attended St. Joseph's School and was a faithful member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Joseph readily helped his neighbors.
[3162] Joseph was born April 20, 1917. Joseph is buired in the Catholic Cemetery.
