[132] Frank Killian Massey was born in Humbolt, Brown County Wisconsin, on June 3rd, 1912, the first son of Joseph Massey and Mary Louise Leurquin. He attended school through the eight grade, after which he went to work for Tweet Brothers Plumbing & Heating Company. He he married Florence Rogers on February 22nd , 1932 and bought a two acre parcel of land on the west side of Green Bay and built two houses on it. Frank and Florence raised six children. Not making much as a contractor he bought a farm over in Tish Mills. After farming for some time he went back into the heating business, until he bought DePere Hardware from which he retired.
[133] Frank died in Green Bay, on January 28th, 1979.
