Louis BALZA was born in April of 1887, in Duval, Wisconsin, the ninth child of Antoine BALZA and Marie Antoinette FLAHAUT.
The names of Louis's first and second wives are unknown at this time. He did have two children
- Pearl who married ? WOOD and had two children, and
- Ruth who married ? Mitchell.
Louis had a small grocery store on Crooks Street in Green Bay.
