Obituary - Mrs. Daniel Puyleart

Mrs. Daniel Puyleart, 32, 1697 Pioneer Dr., died Monday afternoon
at a local hospital. The former Patricia Balza was born April 15,
1946 in Green Bay to Mrs. Hazel Balza, and Gordon Balza, both of Green
Bay. She was a graduate of Mercy Hospital School of Nursing, Oshkosh,
in 1967. Mrs. Puyleart was presently a Registered Nurse at Bellin
Memorial Hospital.
Survivors include her husband; two sons, Paul and David, both at home;
her parents.
She was preceded in death by two sisters.
Friends may call at Ryan Funeral Home, De Pere, after 4 p.m. today.
Wake service 8 this evening. Funeral 10:30 a.m. Thursday, St. joseph
Church, De Pere, the Rev. Blaise Peters officiating. Entombment in
the Allouez Mausoleum.
