Alicia B. Carlisle and Robert Hilliard Hardy

Alicia B.³ Carlisle (Susan² Blaney, James D.¹) was born 25 October 1871 in Buffalo and baptised at St. Brigid's Catholic Church. She died 25 February 1954 in New York City and is buried with her husband in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence Co. New York

Robert Hilliard Hardy was born 25 October 1867 in Ogdensburg, St. Lawrence Co. New York to Frank G. Hardy and Ellen McGrath. He worked for the Mutual Life Insurance Company for 35 years, where he worked as manager of its New York City office until his retirement in 1929. He was a member of the Buffalo Life Underwriters Association, the New York Athletic Club, the Columbia Yacht Club, and served as president of the Harlem Republican Club. He was also a 32 degree Mason. After his retirement, the family would summer in Buffalo, where he died on 12 July 1942 of a cerebral hemorrhageat the age of 74.

Alicia B. Carlisle and Robert Hilliard Hardy had the following children:
 

	52	i.	Carlisle Hardy was born about 1902 and died as a young man.
	53	ii.	Robert Carlisle Hardy was born 8 November 1904 in Buffalo.
