Ellen J. Lennon and Charles Tasey

Ellen J.³ Lennon (Margaret² Blaney, James D.¹) was born February 1864 in Buffalo.

Ella married Charles Tasey on 16 January 1888 at St. Brigid's Catholic Church. Charles was the son of Charles Tasey and Mary, and according to the 1900 census, he had been married previously. While his death certificate indicates that Charles had been born in Buffalo on 14 October 1859, the 1910 census gives his parents' birthplace as Québec. Charles appeared in the Buffalo city directory in 1887 as a fireman, and he continued to work for the Buffalo Fire Department for many years. He died of endocarditis on 9 December 1918 and is buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Ellen J. Lennon and Charles Tasey had the following children, all born in Buffalo:
 

	34	i.	Margaret E. Tasey was born in Buffalo in November 1888. In 1910 Margaret was working as a milliner in a department store. Her last appearance in the city directory was in 1913.
	35	ii.	Charles J. Vincent Tasey was born 2 April 1894 in Buffalo and died there 6 March 1911 of cerebro-spinal meningitis, with toxemia as a contributory cause. In 1910 Charles was working as a clerk at the International Railway Company, which ran street cars.
+	36	iii.	Ella Frances Tasey was born in Buffalo on 20 March 1896.
	36	iv.	Mary Isabelle Tasey was born 9 July 1902 in Buffalo. Isabelle died there at age 6 on 27 September 1908 of scarlet fever after six days of illness and is buried in Holy Cross Cemetery.
+	37	v.	Evelyn Augusta Tasey was born in Buffalo on 22 May 1904.
	35	vi.	Franklin Joseph Tasey was born 21 March 1906 in Buffalo. He married Regina C. Wallace, born 8 December 1901 to Thomas Wallace and Elizabeth Plunkett. Franklin died 1 October 1967 and Jean on 13 February 1993, both in Pittsburgh, PA.
