Information may be submitted in nearly any format.

Some examples are:

"GEDCOM", "Family Tree Maker", "Plain Text", "MS Excel", "MS Word", "MS Access"

When submitting information please follow these guidelines:

1. Cemetery Name
2. Cemetery Location: State,  County and City (if applicable)
3. Researchers Name and Lineage Number (if applicable)
4. Body of information

Example:

Grandview Cemetery, Harrison County, Scio, Ohio.
