My advise would be to purchase
a copy of "International Vital Records Handbook
of Births, Marriages, and
Deaths, by Thomas Jay Kemp, 1990 or later edition.
This book doesn't list marriages.
It is filled with ready-to-use forms you need for
obtaining copies of the marriages,
births, and deaths for each State and County and
most foriegn countries. I
have used these forms several times with success.
