The Clan ROAN - ROWAN This site deals with the Family History of the Clan ROAN - ROWAN of Northeast Alabama and Georgia. I would like to share genealogical information with all interested in this Clan of the ROAN - ROWAN family names. Along with other family researchers we have made preliminary searches and traced our Clan back to 1700's Ireland. But there are many gaps and many confirmations to make. Most notable contributing family researchers are Brenda Rowan Graves, Tabitha Graves, Jan Rowan, Crystal Murray-Mayo, Jessica Rowan Graham, Glenda Houston.
