Grandma and the youngest of three granddaughters and eight grandsons. The grandchildren range from fifteen-year-old Crystal to eight-month-old Hazel, live in two provinces and two states, are all beautiful youngsters and don't come "home" to Nelson often enough.

They have a fascinating variety of progenitors that we are trying to research and record. Luckily there are lots of cousins, first, second, third and once, twice or thrice removed who have joined in the hunt and it makes for many uplifting stories of courage, daring and endurance.
