Her 1st. p.2 Agnes de Bereford received, at her father's request, royal licence to marry whoever she wished in February 1321.2 She married John de Nerford after February 1321; Her 2nd. s.p.2 Agnes de Bereford married John, Baron Maltravers, son of Sir John Maltravers Knt. and Alianor de Gorges, before November 1330; His 2nd. Her 2nd. s.p.1,2 Agnes de Bereford left a will in February 1374/75 at London, England.2 She died in July 1375.2

On 17 September 1356 at the Battle of Poitiers, Vienne, Poitou-Charentes, France.3 Edward, 1st Lord Despencer present at the Battle of Poitiers on 17 September 1356 at France.1 He was nominated into the Order of the Garter, #38, in 1361.1 He married Elizabeth de Burghersh, daughter of 4th Baron Burghersh Bartholomew de Burghersh ¹K.G. and Cecily de Weyland.4 Edward, 1st Lord Despencer died on 11 November 1375.1
