Herbie Jenkins, born 11 Nov 1887 in Webster Co., KY, was Cora's first cousin.
He was the son of Andrew Jackson Jenkins and Nancy Woodard Jenkins.
Herbie Jenkins was taken in by Cora's parents after his mother died and remained with them even after his father remarried.
