Born in 1842 in Webster Co KY, Letitia Jane Morehead was the daughter of Dr. David Morehead and Elizabeth A. Grayson.

Letitia married John M. Hill 27 Mar 1862 Webster Co KY. They had twelve children; Lulu Hill & Mattie Hill were the youngest. Walter Hill and Joseph Samuel Hill were also their sons.. Linda only has the names of nine of the twelve children.

Letitia Jane Morehead died 4 Nov 1928.
