Willis "Bud" Jenkins was the son of John Jack Jenkins and Margaret Sigler.
He was born in Union Co, 15 Dec 1840
and died 28 May 1934 in Webster Co. He married the daughter of John C. Stone & Ellen Elizabeth Russell, Malinda Jane Stone, in 1859 and they became the parents of William Riley Jenkins.
