Effie Marie Littlepage, mother of Jane Sellers McBroom, is the short woman front center in the wide-brimmed hat. Jane thinks the photo was taken shortly before her mother's marriage to Henry Mattison Sellers 29 Oct 1921.

Standing behind Effie Marie is Byron Royster, owner-editor of the Sebree Banner, where Effie Marie worked at the time. Her daughter Jane later worked at the Banner also.
