Maynard Smith's Family Photos
Maynard Smith's uncle Delbert Vernon Smith of Hanson secured a patent for engine primers.
The patent was applied for in 1919 and was granted in 1921. Maynard has no further information except
he was told the patent was sold to an automobile manufacture and he thinks it was Ford.
