White Poorhouse
Marilee Morgan has been asking questions about the old Webster County Poorhouse and she has obtained this photo of it. The house in the photo was the white poorhouse; a colored poorhouse still stands on the same property.

The old poorhouse is located on Hwy 630 just a short distance out of Dixon. This photo was taken from the road.Marilee's directions: Take Hwy 132 east out of Dixon and turn on Hwy 630 and it is not far out.
