This is Brenda's grandfather, Eddie Graves Stewart, taken in the family's front yard on #10
Road outside of Clay in the early 1950's. Eddie Stewart loved to hunt and didn't always unload his gun when cleaning it.
Brenda remembers he once shot a hole in the ceiling while cleaning his shotgun. Brenda was in the floor of the living room watching TV (when it was only broadcast in the afternoon and at night) when the gun went off.

Brenda looked at the ceiling and said to her grandfather, "You're in trouble." Brenda's mother came running into the room screaming because she thought someone had been shot. Brenda remembers her mother saying to Eddie, "Just wait until your son gets home!"
