Parthenia Burton Jones, b abt 1862 in NC, d. 18 Aug 1942, was the daughter of Larry T. Burton and Martha Patricia Madison. She married John Walker Jones 24 Jan 1883 in Hopkins Co KY.

John Walker Jones was the son of Nicholas G. Jones, 1823-1881, and Sallie Ann Brown, 1827-1899, both of whom are buried at Brown Cemetery in Hopkins Co, KY, as are John Walker Jones and Parthenia Burton.
