Mary C. Wineberger 19 Nov 1885, who died 13 Oct 1901 and is buried at Townsend Cemetery in Webster Co. Robert M. Townsend married 2) Minnie Bell Hunter Scott 15 Jul 1903 Webster Co, and they became the parents of Ishmel, Roy Lee, Herman, Willie, Viola, Opal, Jessie and Bessie Townsend. |
Robert Mack Townsend and his first wife had a daughter Mirtie, born 1887, who married Charles D. Eastwood. Her 1956 obituary can be read online.Minnie Bell Hunter's parents were John Wash Hunter and Mary Emely Burklow. Minnie's first husband was James Thomas Scott.
Robert M. and Minnie Townsend are both buried at Townsend Cemetery in Webster Co.
