Sallie Frances Burton & son James Gobel Hobgood
Sallie Frances Burton, born 1891, was the daughter of John McDuff Burton and Mariah Frances "Fannie" King.
Sallie married 1) James K. Hobgood, 1888-1917. Their son Gobel Hobgood was born in 1911 and died in 1974.

After the death of James K. Hobgood, Sallie married Jess Stinnett, 1886-1957, the son of James M. Stinnett and Fannie E. McCullough. Jess Stinnett's 1957 obituary can be read online. Jim and Sallie Hobgood are buried at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
