The older couple in the back are Winfield Scott Shelton and his wife Annie Skudmore McMullin.

Since this photo is labeled as "Four Generations" we believe the woman holding the baby is a daughter of W. S. & Annie, the younger woman is their granddaughter and the baby is their great-grandchild.
