Benjamin Cissel Wallace, the youngest son of Elijah Wallace #2 and Eliza J. Jones. He was born 5 May 1860, Webster County, KY and died 6 May 1943, Providence, Webster County, KY. He was buried 8 May 1943 at Rock Springs Cemetery in an unmarked grave. Benjamin Cissell Wallace never married.

Elijah Wallace #2 was the son of Elijah Wallace and Lucy Curry. Elijah Wallace #1 was the son of Samuel Wallace and Sarah Hardin. Elijah Wallace #1 drowned in the Saline River in Illinois 1 March 1813 on his 21st birthday. His son, Elijah #2, was born one month after his father's death on 1 April 1813. Lucy (Curry) Wallace later remarried to Stephen Williams.
