| Keziah D. Curry Wallace was the widow of Abraham Cook Wallace, who she married 21 June 1849 in Union County KY. Keziah was born 2 April 1821 in Union County; she died 30 June 1899 in Webster County KY and is buried at Rock Springs Cemetery. She is reported to be the "Granny" of "Granny's Hill" in Webster County. Keziah was the daughter of Robert Curry and his wife Jane and the granddaughter of Edward Curry and Lucy Cook Curry. Robert Curry was also the brother of Nancy (Curry) Wallace, the mother of Abraham Cook Wallace. Abraham Cook Wallace was born about 1820 in Union County and died about 1870 in Webster County. He is buried in an unmarked grave on the Max Collins farm between Wheatcroft and Sullivan KY. Three sons and three daughters are thought to have been born to the marriage of Abraham and Keziah. |
