John Crews Woods - 1915 John Crews Woods, right, holding the white horse, was b 2 Feb 1882 in Webster Co KY, the son of Silas "Cye" Woods and Margaret "Margie" Crews. He was the grandfather of Bee Guthrie.

In 1912 Arkansas John Woods married Della Ware Melson Browning, who is holding the two horses on the left of the photo. Sitting on the horse being held by his mother is Delmer Browning; continuing right are Della's other children, Grace Browning, Burrell Browning & Jessie Browning. Bee's mother, Delila Woods, was born in March 1918 in Hamden, Chactaw Indian Territory, Oklahoma.

John Crews Woods died 1 Dec 1970 in Lake Isabella, California.
