Jeremiah "Jerry" Crowley was the son of William Crowley, 1772 VA-1828 KY, and Polly Elder Crews Crowley, 1772 VA-abt 1828 KY.
He married 1) Nancy Carey 20 Dec 1825 Hopkins Co KY and they were the parents of seven children, including S. E. Crowley and Mary J. Crowley, who are buried in this cemetery.
This stone is partially buried and leaning badly.

Jeremiah Crowley's stone was pulled up and reset in a new base when the Job Corps students worked at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in October 2005.
We can now see that his date of death was Feb. 4, 1871.
