Otis Fox was the son of I. H. Fox and Lucinda Hayes Marks Fox, who were married 15 May 1897 Hopkins Co KY.

He married Anna Bell Jones. Their granddaughter, Connie Sue Fox, the daughter of their son John S. Fox, is also buried in this cemetery.
