John W. Jones 1856 - 1924 Mary J. Jones 1866 - 1946 Jack Jones was a native of the state of Minnesota and was often called "Minnesota Jack" by his friends. Mary Jane Bridwell was the daughter of William H.H. Bridwell and Sarah Elizabeth Thornberry, who were married 21 Oct 1860 in one of the first marriages performed in the new county of Webster. William and Sarah Bridwell are buried at Shady Grove Cemetery in Poole.

Jack and Mary Jane Jones were married 28 Aug 1893 in Madisonville and lived their entire married lives in the Mt. Lebanon area. Their three children are also buried in this cemetery - Willie Jones and his wife Margie Jane Marks, George T.
