Mamie Rachel Marks was the daughter of William Lee Marks and Martha Ann Tompkins.

She married Arthur L. Tow 31 Jan 1906 Webster Co and they became the parents of six children. Several of them are buried in this cemetery, including Lesco Tow, Marks Hayden Tow, and Clois Mae Tow.
