In October 2006, Linda Vincent, of the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery Board, arranged for students from the Earle C. Clements Job Corps Academy to perform much-needed repair and restoration work on the headstones in the old section of the cemetery. See newspaper article.
Cemetery board member Marian Dunn was at the cemetery every day, often accompanied by her daughter Amy Dunn, to oversee the work being done. Marian and Amy documented the work by taking the photographs below.
Linda Vincent tells us the cost of mowing/trimming the cemetery regularly costs the board $1,665.00 annually. Your monetary support is needed to continue the care of the cemetery and provide for its future care. You can contribute to the cemetery fund by sending a check made payable to Mt. Lebanon Cemetery Fund, c/o Linda Vincent, P.O. Box 378, Robards, KY 42452.
