I, Absaly CRANFORD of the county of Randolph and State of

North Carolina being on Sound mind, memory and understanding

do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form

following:

Item. 1st I give and bequeath to Lovy Ann Eliza RUSSELL One bed,

bed-Stead and bed-clothing.  one Chest and my best table.

Item, 2d, I will and bequeath all my other property of what kind

Soever, to Julius RUSSELL Minta Jane RUSSELL and Lovy Ann Eliza

RUSSELL to be divided jointly and equally between them, unpon (sic)

 conditions that they provide for me a good maintenance and proper

treatment and attenition (sic) that may be necessary to my comfort

and wefare (sic) the remainder of my life.

And I do nominate and constitute B.W. STEED my sole executor to this

my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all other

wills or will at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to be

my last will and testament.

In witness whereof I the Said Absaly CRANFORD have hereunto set

my hand and Seal.

This the 2d day of August A.D. 1879
