James Henry Ailstock is pleased to announce:

The Annual AILSTOCK Reunion of Lake Moomaw, Bath County, VA

The Annual Ailstock Reunion will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2005 at

Shelter One on the Alleghany side on Lake Moomaw which is nestled in

the George Washington National Forest.

Lake Moomaw is a 2,630 acre lake formed by the Gathwright Dam in Warm Springs, Bath County, Virginia.

Coming from Covington, Va, Lake Moomaw is about 19 miles heading north on US 220 to Va State Road 687.

The area is beautiful with the sun shining on the lake which is backdropped by the surrounding mountains.

James Henry Ailstock, who many may know by "Jim" or "Henry" has headed the reunion

for the past few years and does a wonderful job! He desires to get the word out that this

reunion is not just for one "line" of Ailstocks but for all Ailstocks and all spelling variations thereof.

If you descend from the surname, you are family and he wishes for you to join us!

The Ailstock Reunion will be in full swing at 11:00am on Saturday, August 6, 2005.

There will be games for both the adults and children. Winners will receive prizes.

We will eat at 12:00 in the afternoon and enjoy ourselves until everyone is ready to leave.

Then we will sadly bring the event to a close until the following year.

Please bring a dish, or drinks, if possible.

You may reach Jim by mail, phone or email. His email address is:

please make them aware that they are welcome and to please contact Jim if they have any questions or need directions.

We hope to see you there! Don't forget! Saturday, August 6, come join us!
