The board of Commissioners for the town of Troy met in the extra session on the above date with the following members present:

R. T. Poole

J. C. Hurley Commissioners

Dr. S. H. McCall

W. A. Cochran, Mayor being absent. R. T. Poole was called to the chair.

Ordered by the board that the town treasurer pay the scavenger bill of $5.00 per week upon order from the Town Marshall.

Ordered that the Town Marshall allow Barna Allen, Road Supervisor to use the road scrape or plow pending further actions of the board as to whether this scrape or plow be rented or sold to said Barna Allen.

J. C. Hurley, treasurer for the town of Troy, N. C. for the two years just ending submitted the books containing the accounts, receipts and disbursements of the town of Troy, and the Troy Graded School to the board of Commissioners; and same were inspected and approved.

Said J. C. Hurley was re-appointed by the board of Commissioners to fill the office of Secretary and treasurer for the town of Troy for the ensuing terms of two years.

Ordered by the board that the Judges of election be paid $2.00 each and that the registrar be paid $3.00.

There being no further business, the board adjourned.
