I. Nelly CRANFORD of the county and State aforesaid

Being weak in body and feeling the Infirmty (sic) of old age

but of Sound mind and disposing memory do constitute and ordain this My

last Will and Testament in the (two words written then crossed out, can't make out

the crossed out words) following

Viz. And first my Will and desire is that My daughter Absilla have one Bed and

furniture.  Next I will and bequeath to My Two daughtres Nelly CRANFORD and

the said Absilla CRANFORD all the rest of my personal Property to be Equally

Divided Between them at my death hereby Revoking all former Wills in Testimony

whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal the 26th of October 1846.

Signed Sealed and declared to be the last will and Testament of the Testator in the

Presence of:

R.G. MURDOCK

North Carolina}

Randolph County} Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions

February Term 1850

The due execution of this last will and testament of Nelly CRANFORD

is duly proved in Open Court by Hezekiah ANDREWS and Robert G.

MURDOCH the subscribing witnesses to the same, and admitted to

probate and ordered to be recorded.
