Frederick Smith, both of Campbell County, Tennessee to "ask demand sue
for recover and receive of and from the executors as administrators of
the estate of William Polly" deceased, in Boone County, Indiana.
Hatfield wants the part of the estate due him because his wife Mary,
deceased, is the daughter of William Polly and the mother of his eight
minor children, of which he is legal guardian.
