Hi, Carol, ....It's about 12 pages, I think, but very interesting. Also, I printed the Cross Creek Cemetery records and it showed Jane (Jeanette) Jackson's age a little different at her date of birth, but she still would have been 57 when Mary was born. ...... Oh, here it is. Jane Fleming died January 16, 1805 at 95 years of age. I had that she died June 16th, 1803 at 94 years If I use the cemetery records, she was born in 1910 instead of 1909. I guess you can use whatever till something more positive comes along. I might be tempted to use the Cross Creek Pennsylvania Cemetery History. In addition it gives the date of James Fleming, d Feb 1, 1830 at age 70 and his wife Jane (Glen) died March 1, 1841, age 75. It has the record for James' son, John and son Robert. Then there are some grand-children I can't yet identify.

Incidentally, Robert J. Fleming II was born June 6, 1756. I think his first
wife was Sarah Hassel, and his second was Margaret Wright MacMurray. Hope
this helps. This information I'm not sure of because I got it off the web,
but I think he had 9 children with Margaret and 4 with Sarah. I'm not
positive which wife was first, but it's something to work with.

I think that the date of Robert Fleming's birth is 1706 and that of his wife Jane is 1709. Their tombstones at Cross Creek cemetery in Hanover, PA read "In memory of ROBERT FLEMING who departed this live April 3rd 1802 in the
96th year of his age". Jane's reads, "In Memory of JANE FLEMING who departed this life June 16th 1803, in the 94th year of her age". I know that many give their birth dates as 1716 and 1719, but I am sticking with the earlier dates. I just thought you might be interested.

Robert G. Fleming, a prominent Golden lawyer, died Thursday. He was 79.
Mr. Fleming was born in Golden Aug. 1, 1920. He graduated from Golden High School in 1938. He married his first wife, Isabel Kennedy, in 1949.
He served in the Army from 1941 to 1945.
In 1947, Mr. Fleming received a degree in electrical engineering and a law degree from the University of Colorado in 1949.
He started the firm Fleming, McKinney and Maillot in his hometown that same year, specializing in estate planning and probate law.
He later joined with Fred Pattridge to form the firm that is currently Fleming, Pattridge and Runnerstrom.
''His gentle approach to handling clients during their trying times was the hallmark of his trade. He was a devoted practitioner of the profession he loved, well into his 70s'' said Jack Anderson, a longtime colleague from Lakewood.
Mr. Fleming married his second wife, Phyllis, in 1975. He retired in 1995.
Mr. Fleming was president of the First District Bar Association and was a member of Colorado and American Bar Associations, Board of Governors, American College of Probate Counsel.
Survivors include his wife, Phyllis, of Golden; a brother, William B. Fleming; two sons, Garrett Y. Fleming, of Golden and Randall B. Fleming, of Oakland, Calif., a daughter, Patrice M. Fleming, of Golden; two step-sons, James M. Maillot, of Lakewood, and Robert D. Maillot, of Golden; and 11 grandchildren.
Memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, at Olinger Woods Mortuary.
