---Still another death to record. Mr. William Vantine died Tuesday night at twenty minutes past ten o'clock, aged fifty five years. The deceased had been a resident of this town the greater part of his life, formerly residing in the eastern part. He was a wheelwright by trade, and of late years has worked at this place. His death has been long expected having been suffering from slow paralysis for more than a year. he leaves a wife and son, who have faithfully attended him through his helplessness, and who have the sympathy of this community.

MANN, commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of the said STEPHEN BENBROOK, dec'd. The sum of threehundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents in full of the distributive share of the said ELIZABETH of the said proceeds if the of the said real estate according to the report of said commissoners and their account filed in the Surrogates office of the county of Somerset, May term 1848: And we do hereby release and discharge the said commissioners any further liablity or accountablity to us on our account of said sales: A.V.D.
