MANN, commissioners appointed to sell the real estate of STEPHEN BENBROOK, deceased. The sum of three hundred and eighty six dollars and sixty cents in full for my distrubutive share of the proceeds of the sale of said real estate according to the report of said Commissioners and their account filed in the office fo the surrogate of the county of Somerset: And I do hereby release and discharge the said Commissioners from any further lilability or accountablity to me on account of said sales. Announcement has been received here of the wedding of Miss {Bessie} Clayton {Whit....} of {Millington}, and Dr. Edward A. Benbrook of Stillwater, Okla, which took place Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock {p.m.}. All Saint's Episcopal Church at Millington.

Mr. Benbrook , who is a professor in the Oklahoma State University, is a brother of Mrs. Josiah Stryker of Rutherford Avenue. Mr. Stryker was an usher at the wedding. Mrs. Stryker and daughter, Dorothy Stryker, were also among the guests.

Struck by Lightning and Burned.

Morristown, N J, July 13. The dwelling house of Henry Benbrook on Mount Komble avenue has been struck by lightning and burned. Benbrook and his wife were knocked insensible. Neighbors dragged them from the building, or the would have been burned alive. Both were resuscitated.
