Martin H. Sisson is probably the Martin who was in the Civil War from Jordan, Wisconsin, who joined August 11, 1862, and was discharged June 12, 1865, according to the Sisson Newsletter, v 6 #1 p 16. A descendant, Larry Lyon , has Martin's application for a Civil War veteran's pension on which Martin gives his name as Martin Henry Sisson.
