Cora Connelly, Francis Marion Sisson's sister Cora's daughter, was adopted by Francis Marion and Laura A. (Stiles) Sisson. Cora's mother died when young Cora was young.

Francis served in Co. G, 152nd NY Volunteers, in the Civil War.

Francis married Laura A. STILES on 20 Sep 1866 in Unadilla, Otsego Co., New York. Laura was born 1845. She died 16 Mar 1926.

"History of Delaware County" by W. W. Munsell, gives her maiden name as Phebe L. Shaw.

Charles W. SISSON was born 7 Jun 1870 in Mc Lane, Erie Co., Pennsylvania. He died 27 Mar 1951 and was buried in Riverside Cemetery, Oneonta, Otsego Co., NY.

Charles' newspaper obituary gives his wife's name as Mary Hanley. It states that Charles was a member of the Wells Bridge, NY Baptist Church and was Sunday School superintendant there for 40 years. His funeral card gives his birthdate as 7 Jun 1870 (in Erie, PA) and death date as 27 Mar 1951.

Charles married (1) Nellie M. FRENCH, daughter of M. D. FRENCH and Charlotte BEARDSLEY, on 6 Mar 1895. Nellie was born 4 Nov 1877. She died 12 Feb 1906.

Charles also married (2) Edith YOUNG after 1906. Edith died 20 Mar 1921.

Charles also married (3) Mary YOUNG, daughter of YOUNG, on 28 Dec 1922. Mary was born about 1880.

"John Henry and his wife lived with his parents for awhile when first married, and then went west and staked a claim in Kansas. After a few years they came back to Edinboro where they operated a meat market. John Henry LeSuer was a great lover of horses and engaged in training and racing horses for many years. He was also a skilled photographer."
