Lorenzo married Hannah E. RODMAN, daughter of Peleg RODMAN and Eliza BROWN, on 24 Aug 1873 in Westerly, Washington Co., Rhode Island. Hannah was born about 1853. She died before 1930.

Hopkins' "Seventh Regiment of Rhode Island Volunteers in the Civil War, 1862-1865" (Providence, RI: Snow & Farnham Printers, 1903), pages 478). That Benjamin was wounded at Spotssylvania 12 May 1864.
