Jane and Borden had six children, all except one born in Rhode Island in the years 1799 to 1810. The Madison Observer (Madison, NY) reported her death in their Sept. 9, 1863 issue. This Jane Sisson is sometimes confused with Jane Sisson, daughter of Preserved Sisson and Catherine Rutherford.
