Information obtained from certified copies of the record entry dated 2 June 1921, 11 February 1932, and 12 April 1973, found in the records of Margery Galt afer her death. These documents are now in the possession of the author.

The original of this document is in the possession of the author.
26. Ivy Cumming, Florida Certificate of Death, Registrar's No. 6836, Dade County Department of Public Health.
A certified copy of this Death Certificate was found in the possessions of Margery Galt after her death. This document is now in the possession of the author. Ivy Maud's Death Certificate contains many apparent errors, i.e. Mother's Name is listed as Maud Spring, her birthdate is listed as 15 November 1892, and therefore, her age as 65.

This information was obtained from a certified copy of the record entry found in the possessions of Margery Galt after her death. The certified copy is dated 15 February, 1932. This photocopy is now in the possession of the author.
