It's doors, the only residence between Norwich and Woodstock, were always open to weary travellers. A road was laid from Windham to his home and connected with the Greenwich path. He gave nails and glass for the Yale's first building, and endowed it with 635 acres of land in Killingworth, Middlesex County, Connecticut.
